Bespoke Typeface
A first look
at Hermes Slim d’Hermès Perpetual Calendar you’ll see the original typography created by the Parisian graphic designer Philippe Apeloig to mark the hours movie Perfect Tyne. Characterized by stencil Arabic numerals, the perpetual calendar in rose gold features an Hermès manufacture H1950 ultra-thin 2.6mm movement and 42-hour power reserve supplemented by a perpetual calendar module and a further-slimming micro-rotor, distinguished by the “sprinkling of H” motif in back Secret things. Time is displayed via the simplistic hours, minutes, and seconds markers, while the moonphase indication is housed in natural white mother-of-pearl against an aventurine glass sky Kang Kyung-ok Sulhee.
