JAEGER-LECOULTRE at Dubai Master of Food Event
Jaeger-LeCoultre was proud to host the Masters of Food Event at the Park Hyatt Dubai, a series of sophisticated culinary and beverage experiences. This collaboration revolves around shared common values of excellence and refinement, taking into close consideration the advancement of techniques, be it fine watchmaking or culinary.


Guests were greeted by Park Hyatt Dubai and Jaeger-LeCoultre directors, in the exceptional presence of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s CEO Daniel Riedo . Once gathered, guests were escorted to the lavish Presidential Suite.

This gastronomical affair commenced with exceptional views of the BurjKhalifa and Dubai skyline. Here, Jaeger-LeCoultre’s CEO Daniel Riedo introduced the Swiss Manufacture’s longstanding watch-making heritage whilst guests savoured the classic flavours of Traiteur’s finest French cuisine.
As the event progressed, guests were guided through the candle lit outdoor Terrace and into Traiteur Upper Baroverlooking the decent of the sun beyond the crisp Creek water.
Here, Traiteur unveiled Chef De Cuisine Chef Daniel’s culinary creations, resulting in a modern spread of delectable dishes, carefully paired with appropriate grape under the direct consultation of the Director of Food and Beverage Stephan Karl and Remi Torres, Traiteur’s leading Sommelier.
