Season Celebration at Catalunya
Audemars Piguet hosted an exclusive celebration party recently for guests to indulge in merrymaking at Catalunya. As the sun sets on the magnificent skyline of Marina Bay, close to 300 guests invited to Audemars Piguet’s seasonal celebration braved the drizzle and partied the night away at the exquisitely authentic Spanish venue, Catalunya on Fullerton Pavilion. Strictly by invitation only, guests were treated to an explosion of gastronomic delights of endless tapas, while flamenco guitarist serenaded all with sultry Spanish numbers. Upon arrival, guests were greeted with their choice of wines or the signature Catalunya Sangria. It was not long before the crowd hit the dance floor till late.

Celebrates Launch of Academy Museum Project
Girard-Perregaux celebrates its partnership with the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures by curating a selection of images honouring the history and connection of the art of moviemaking and watchmaking. The images showcase a series of compelling pairings revealing interesting similarities between the creative process behind the making of a watch and the production of movies. The photos, all meticulously selected from the extensive Academy and Girard- Perregaux archives, show how both processes aim at creating something that is timeless and iconic, that is born from physical work and that, in time, turns into something magic. Opens Maiden Boutique in Paris
Ulysse Nardin has teamed up with leading French watchmaking partner Kronometry 1999 to open its first exclusive boutique in the French capital. The Rue François 1er, running parallel to the Champs-Elysées new premises offers a sophisticated setting with a nautical theme: its porthole-style windows and teak flooring showcase a collection of the brand’s finest timepieces, including “The boutique in the middle of the Golden Triangle is part of our strategy to bring our watches closer to a cosmopolitan clientele,” explains Patrik Hoffmann, CEO of Ulysse Nardin.
