AUDEMARS PIGUET Golf Trophy 2014

The Audemars Piguet Golf Trophy 2014 was held in Bali National Golf Club in Nusa Dua, Bali on the 18th of July. The event saw over a hundred Audemars Piguet collectors and golf enthusiasts from across the region gather for a game of golf as the morning showers cleared when the game began.

Audemars Piguet’s guests from across the region – Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Hong Kong – were well hosted over the 3 days event with Exclusive Hotel Partner – the prestigious and luxurious Mulia Resort.

To sweeten the game, guests rubbed shoulders and exchanged pointers with Mr. Lam Chih Bing, Audemars Piguet Singapore’s local golf ambassador, and Mr. Oliviero Bottinelli, Managing Director of Audemars Piguet, Asia, before swinging for the nearest to the pin and Audemars Piguet’s Hole-in-One. The event saw not only a gathering of golf fanatics, but also many owners of Audemars Piguet timepieces.

Following the Audemars Piguet Golf Trophy 2014, guests were ushered to the grounds of Amanusa Resort. Sitting atop the highest point of Nusa Dua overlooking the entire city, guests were treated to a series of traditional rindik music, “kechak dance” and Balinese performance. All were spoilt for choice as a plethora of fine local cuisine was served. Ms Lisa Soul and band serenaded the crowd with smooth renditions of classic jazz hits.

Graced also by the presence of Mr. David von Gunten, CEO of Audemars Piguet, Hong Kong, the night was young as all like-minded supporters of Audemars Piguet danced the night away. The incredible poolside courtyard setting made for an unforgettable evening.

Audemars Piguet was proud to have Mr. Lam Chih Bing present as Audemars Piguet Singapore’s local golf ambassador, as well as Golf Events Indonesia as the appointed organizer for the tournament.
