Biver Honoured With Special Jury Prize at 18th GPHG

Jean-Claude Biver, President non-executive of the LVMH Group Watch division, Chairman of Hublot & Zenith was awarded the Special Jury at the 18th Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) which concluded at Geneva recently.
Excellence, creativity and horological expertise were saluted by an international jury which had designated the winners of 17 prizes and awarded the “Aiguille d’Or” Grand Prix to Bovet 1822 for the Récital 22 Grand Récital watch. Van Cleef & Arpels’ distinguished itself by winning two awards, namely the Ladies’ Complication Watch Prize for Lady Arpels Planétarium and the Jewellery Watch Prize for Secret de Coccinelle,

The Revival Prize was awarded to Vacheron Constantin’s Historiques Triple calendrier 1942,the Innovation Prize to Krayon’s Everywhere Horizon, the Ladies’ Watch Prize to Chanel’s Boy-friend Skeleton; the Men’s Watch Prize to Akrivia’s Chronomètre Contemporain; the Men’s Complication Prize to Laurent Ferrier’s Galet Annual Calendar School Piece; the Chronograph Watch Prize to Singer Reimagined’s Singer Track1 Hong Kong Edition; the Chronometry Watch Prize to De Bethune’s DB25 Starry Varius Chronomètre Tourbillon; the Mechanical Exception Watch Prize to Greubel Forsey’s Grande Sonnerie; the Sports Watch Prize to Seiko’s Seiko Prospex 1968 Diver’s Re-creation; the Artistic Crafts Watch Prize to Hermès’ Arceau Robe du soir, the “Petite Aiguille” Prize to Habring2’s Doppel-Felix; the Challenge Watch Prize to Nomos Glashütte’s Tangente Neomatik 41 Update and the Audacity Prize to Konstantin Chaykin, Clown.
